The basic ideal of Theta Chi, and indeed all fraternities, is the concept of brotherhood. It is often said that brotherhood cannot be taught or learned, and to some degree this is true. However, one thing is for certain, brotherhood must be built. It is built upon mutual respect and trust. Without respect and trust, there can be no brotherhood.
